Poolside Practice

Woke at 7 AM and Jeannnine and I went down to the pool room. She went swimming while I did a brief practice. I went to Ardha Baddha Padmottanasana and then did finishing. We are checking out this morning and returning to Michigan. The practice was great, heat was very intense in the pool room, and other than a handful of screaming kids in the pool, very settling.
