Banjo Lessons!

I just played my first tune on the banjo! Sure, it was only Merrily We Roll Along, but it's a start and the fulfillment of my 2006 resolution. Yes!

And It Just Keeps Getting Better!

Robocop and I exchanged presents today and WOW! did I make out grand. Last year, my New Year's resolution was to get a banjo and learn to play it so I could wander around the playa entertaining folks. Well, obviously I didn't do that and it was getting under my skin that 2007 was coming around and I didn't get that banjo. But now, thanks to Robocop (with a little assistance from Xian) my vision is fulfilled. I have a week before 2007 to learn to play a song on the banjo so that I can achieve my resolution for the benefit of myself and the world at large. You see, the banjo and accordion are going to save the world. One more step towards liberation. Thanks Robo!
