Special Attention: Then There Were 3 (& a half)

We're very pleased to share some exciting news this week.

Many regulars to the Lab have now met our friend Alan Scheurman. Alan joins us for yoga regularly and worked with us to make the Detroit Urban Craft Fair the huge success it was. Today, we are honored to share that he's come on board as our first Detroit Evolution Laboratory partner.

We, of course, are biased, but Alan is a very talented folk musician, research buff, ecosocialist, and bioneer who is dedicated to assisting Detroit's transition into a sustainable city. He's been a vegan for 10 years and is currently a contributor to the consciousness-raising Reality Sandwich web magazine. His new album, Old Patterns will be released December 2nd for free through alanschuerman.com We encourage you all to download it and share it with your friends. In the meantime, you can hear a few of Alan's tracks on his myspace page.

Alan is an active partner in the Lab and will begin by presenting the work of Detroit Evolution Laboratory to potential national and international allies and investors. Alan will also curate a number of upcoming Lab events with the focus of increasing Social, Environmental and Spiritual Awareness in Detroit.

Please join us in welcoming Alan Scheurman as our new partner! He can be reached through alan@detroitevolution.com or by calling the Lab at 313.316.1411

Come out and join us at the Corktown Tavern this Friday the 28th as Alan plays with Chris Bathgate & Sh! the Octopus
