Sunday Morning!

It's a beautiful Sunday morning here in the D. Well, it's actually overcast and I'm sure that it's cold, but here in the Lab, overlooking the Market and working with Angela its ALL beautiful. We're up fairly early for a Sunday, which is typically our day off, preparing for our Body Awareness Class this afternoon. It's going to be a great session with a full house of incredible people and a ton of organic produce and ingredients. In my portion of the class we'll be covering:

Anatomy & Visualization
Muscle Testing
Working with Pendulums
Energy Shifting
Fasting – mono-fasting in particular
40 Day Technology (Yogi Bhajan)
Journaling

The kitchen nutrition genius, Angela will be sharing:

Juicing
Sprouting
Kombucha
Kitchari
Miso
Fruit and Nut Bars

It's going to a sweet afternoon here at the Lab. If you've missed it this time around I'm positive that we'll bring this class around again soon.

A big huge thanks to everyone who joined us yesterday at Lululemon's Yoga Loft Party in Corktown. What a great turn out! We had a blast, enjoyed April's class, shared some tasty food, met a ton of cool people and raied cash for the Greening of Detroit. The only unachieved desire was that we didn't see more Detroit yogi's out. We don't get out as we are so busy so I was hoping to catch up with folks from a few of the other studios and the yoga community as a whole. We'll have to come up with another opportunity to do so.

Big huge thanks to Natalie from Lululemon! She did a great job organizing this great event. They're doing these loft gatherings in Feb and March as well. Do try to get involved as it's a great way to support local (DETROIT) charities.
