Our food is lovingly hand-crafted daily and is made from organic and/or local ingredients! Thanks to Recy-clean Detroit all of our packaging, even our cutlery, is earth-friendly and manufactured here in Michigan! "Viva la Detroit Revolution!" Tostadas with Spanish "Rice" $10
The layers were inspired from a dear friend of mine (thank you Ellyn!) who made an incredible raw taco salad! Organic Corn Tostadas generously topped with Cheddar "Cheese", sprouted Black Beans, Oat "Beef", shredded Lettuce, and a fresh Salsa made with local organic heirloom tomatoes and peppers. To complete the meal, we've added a wonderful Cauliflower Spanish "Rice". Ole!

"Detroit-Style" Double Stuffed Crust Pizza $10
We will not be the fattest city in the country for long if Angela has her way – and she will ;) … try this healthy yet tasty pizza on for size! We start with a slice of our delicious Pizza Crust made with zucchini, carrot, onion, flax, sunflower, and pumpkin seeds, spread on a layer of Nut "Cheese", and top that with another piece of crust! Then we add Angela's amazing Tomato-Basil sauce, marinated Portabella Mushrooms, sliced Patty Pan Squash, Bell Peppers, and Alfalfa Sprouts. This delicious pizza comes with a Side Salad drizzled with our NEW Green Detroit Ranch Dressing!

The "Every Man and Woman is a RAW Star" Salad $7
We start with a bed of crisp mixed greens, and you choose what fresh local and/or organic toppings you want to add! You also have your choice of homemade dressings to heighten your salad experience. Trust us ... you've never had a salad like this before!

Toppings (5 are included, additional toppings are .50 each): Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Carrots, yellow, green or red Onions, Avocado, Peppers, Walnuts, Sliced Almonds, Pecans, Raisins, Cranberries and Sunflower Sprouts

Dressings (All of our dressings are vegan, sugar free, wheat free and made with sunflower oil. We use sunflower oil so that the true flavor of the dressings can shine through.): Angela's Signature Lioness*, Lemon-Garlic Vinaigrette, Balsamic Vinaigrette, Sesame-Ginger Vinaigrette and our NEW Green Detroit Ranch!

*Lioness Dressing is: Sunflower oil, garlic, stone-ground mustard, lemon juice, sugar-free/wheat-free Worcestershire sauce, sea salt and black pepper

Quantities are limited to keep everything FRESH! If we sell out you can always place your order for the next day. We offer limited delivery to downtown and midtown for $2! Of course if you'd like to get out of the office, you can pick-up your food from the Lab as well! Our lunch service is available between the hours of 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. Our entrance is behind the building, NOT on Gratiot!
