Veggie, Vegan & Raw Cooking Class Update
What a wondrous morning here in "the D". It's slightly overcast, but the sun is just making its way over the buildings. We'll see how much it cuts through the haze. I absolutely love these windows and days like today when I can spend the majority of my day staring out them and working on my various projects.
For those of you that have signed up for the cooking class with Angela, we will have a paypal payment option set up today. I'll be sending an update out as well. *February 25th: Source 2 Soul Vegetarian Cooking Classes
Join us at the Lab as Angela Kasmala, vegetarian / vegan and raw food chef, shares her culinary expertise and passion for healthy organic ingredients and local produce. Learn to prepare a four course meal and then enjoy the results as we sit down for dinner after class. Angela will guide you step by step in the creation of delightful dishes and will explain the benefits of vegetarian and raw food. She will also share tips on how to make healthy adjustments to your grocery list and time saving techniques for your food preparation.
The first of these monthly classes will be held Sunday, February 25th, 3 - 7pm. Space is limited to 14 and will fill quickly. The deadline for registration is Friday, February 16th. The introductory class fee is $40 per person. Please email with Cooking Classes in the subject line to register.
