Random Update

Thursday morning, sitting with coffee gazing out the wall of windows which make up the storefront of the Lab. I've been testing video blogging over the past few days so look for that soon. We've also reorganized the Lab so that it is much more public friendly for our classes. Come by and join us for a class soon! All yoga classes at the Lab are FREE by the way. I'll be sending out a post on that transition soon.

I'm working on finishing up the Vikings Art Grant for BRC 2007. I can't wait to share the details of the project here. It is going to be wondrous!

Angela bought us tickets to see Of Montreal! Sweet!

We also just returned Ram Dass: Fierce Grace and Leonard Cohen's I'm Your Man doc. Both are highly recommended.
