Sunrise at The Temple

Angela and I spent June 10th through the 20th working up in Old Redford/Brightmoor on the Detroit Dream Project with a handful of local Burners and David Best and his crew. We had a blast and on Saturday the 14th I asked Angela if she would marry me under the Temple on Saturday June 21st, the Summer Solstice. She agreed and we had the ceremony around 3:30. We missed the rain all together with our final bell ringing finding a few light drops that held off the big stuff until we removed the draping we had placed all over the Temple. We hope to have more photos up soon.

Thanks to everyone (and this was definitely a community project) who assisted us with the ceremony and preparation. As we settle back into life at the Lab I will post more reflections upon the wedding, which was a truly personal expression of our love and the Temple build.
