Raw Italian Class

October 13th, 3-7 pm
Experience a taste of Italy the Raw way! Amazingly close to their cooked and dairy-packed counterparts, learn how to prepare a wonderful variety of dishes containing mouthwatering sauces, creamy "cheeses", savory breads, and satisfying pastas that will have you crying out, "Mama Mia!" Angela's classes are about much more than just food preparation - meet like minded people, share great food, information and resources! We will prepare a four-course meal from start to finish, and then sit down together to enjoy the fruits of our labor!
