Free Yoga Classes! 8 a.m. & 10 a.m.

Join us for our first market Saturday yoga classes. We will offer a class at 8 a.m. and another at 10 a.m.! These hour-long basic classes will be excellent introductions to the space and to the fundamentals of a personal yoga practice. Some mats and blankets are available but bringing your own is highly recommended. Class size is limited so please reserve your space by emailing yoga@detroitevolution.com or leaving a message at 313.316.1411. Just let us know which class you would like to join. Fresh juice made with the mornings market produce and Indian chai tea will be available after each class. Class passes for our regularly scheduled daily yoga classes will also be available.

Visit the Lab and Sample Healthy Vegetarian/Vegan and Raw Food! 3-6 PM

Join us again in the afternoon to taste items from our upcoming menu, meet your Lab assistants, Angela and Gregg, and others from the community. We will share information about all of the Lab’s offerings and you can take this opportunity to ask Angela for tips on healthy cooking, special dietary concerns, and the benefits of organic and locally grown produce. You can also preregister for the Lab’s first cooking class, The Basics of a Healthy Vegetarian Diet, which will be held Saturday, June 30th. While visiting the Lab make sure to try Angela’s Source 2 Soul line of wheat-free and sugar-free sauces, dressings and energy bars. The Source 2 Soul line will debut later this summer.

Parking in the market and walking across the Russell Bridge is recommended. The Lab entrance is well marked and located off the service drive behind our building on Gratiot.
