Excellent news on a case I've had my eyes on for a while.
"WASHINGTON (AP) -- The Supreme Court ruled unanimously Tuesday that a small congregation in New Mexico may use hallucinogenic tea as part of a four-hour ritual intended to connect with God. Justices, in their first religious freedom decision under Chief Justice John Roberts, moved decisively to keep the government out of a church's religious practice."

In these dark days of wire tapping, Americans living a third world country environment (New Orleans), and a pointless war it's grand to see a little light in the religious freedom department. Of course, watch this space as there's always the possibility of an appeal.
