Ashtanga 7

Practice was right on this morning. I made it through to Bhujapidasana! Well... I almost made it through to Bhudjapidasana. I fell on my ass three times trying with Matthew attempting to assist. It's all in the locking of the feet and keeping the spine and neck straight. Oh well, there's always tomorrow. My jump backs are still giving me problems, but I'm starting to get over the frustration. I just need to try every time and eventually it will come. I am experiencing a bit of pain in my lower left arm. I would guess it's the flexor digitorum superficialis. I need to keep an eye on it as I don't want any injuries before NYC.

I also practiced at noon with Liz here at work and though I told myself I would take it easy I found myself back to trying handstands and working toward Bhujapidansana. Practice was good though I probably add a bit of unneeded stress on my arm. Slowly, must go slow.
